Hello!

My name is Tiffany Dean, and I am the owner, director, and lead teacher at Dean Family Child Care Home. I’ve been working in early childhood education for more than 13 years, and I truly believe teaching young children is my calling. Along with being an educator, I’m also a wife and a proud mom of two, which has given me an even deeper appreciation for the trust families place in me.

I graduated from Christopher Dock Mennonite High School in 2006 and earned my Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Montgomery County Community College in 2023. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with PreK–4 teacher certification through Arcadia University’s Working Professionals program. To stay current in the field, I complete ongoing professional development each year through Penn State’s Better Kid Care program. I am proud that my program has achieved a Keystone STAR 4 rating, and I maintain certifications in First Aid and CPR.

My mission is simple: to provide the very best care for your child. I understand that parents trust me with their most precious gift, and I take that responsibility to heart. My goal is to nurture each child’s growth—developmentally, emotionally, intellectually, and socially—through a loving and structured environment.

At Dean Family Child Care Home, I focus on the whole child. While many programs emphasize academics alone, I believe children thrive when social-emotional growth, play-based learning, and cognitive development are nurtured together. By building strong early foundations, I help prepare children for a confident and successful transition into kindergarten and beyond.

Another cornerstone of my work is being an advocate for each child. Every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported. I strive to partner with families to ensure children’s voices, needs, and strengths are recognized both inside and outside the classroom.

I would love the opportunity to partner with your family and be a part of your child’s early learning journey.

With care,
Tiffany Dean
